With health benefits starting on day 1, we offer competitive compensation including: a 401K plan, co-paid parental leave and for most of our medical plans, the employer contribution is 80% for employees and 70% for their families. Floating days are paid between Christmas and New Year’s Day (except for Sales) with an additional day off for your birthday!

More than an Office
Averna opens doors to the world. Locally you can enjoy a variety of sports teams, breweries & wineries, Mount Tamalpais in California, Freedom Park in Charlotte, among others. Outside of the office, we prioritize giving back through a variety of activities including sponsoring “Angel Tree” as well as gathering toy & food donations throughout the year.
