Chairman of the Board
Since 2009, Pierre has been President of Oxilio Management Inc., a management consulting company that specializes in advising financial institutions. For more than 15 years, Pierre has been associated with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDP) where he has served in many executive capacities such as Vice-President of Investments for CDP Capital-Technology Ventures and Vice-President of Private Investments, with responsibilities including managing strategic investment portfolios. Since 2009, in his capacity as President of Oxilio, he has served as a Senior Advisor for CDP’s Private Investments Group. As well, Pierre has led numerous companies in multiple sectors such as financial consulting, investments, forestry equipment, and communications. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Université de Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des Administrateurs Agréés du Québec.
David has 30 years of experience in product development, project management and venture capital. He has headed up large software development teams in Montreal and India in a multi-site, multi-schedule environment. On the hardware side, he has provided technical and program governance for the world’s only civilian data satellite constellation. As a consultant, he has helped major telecommunications carriers re-engineer their operations for speed and efficiency. His experience also includes teaching, negotiating complex international joint-venture agreements, providing technical and commercial guidance to start-ups, and investing in/exiting from technology companies. He is currently the CTO of Telesystem and a board member of Broadsoft (NASDAQ:BSFT), CVTCORP and Fox Group. David holds Master’s and Bachelor’s (Honours) degrees in Electrical Engineering from McGill, as well as a Diplôme ès Arts (History) from the Université de Montréal.

As a top-ranking high-tech entrepreneur and business leader, André has racked up numerous successes in his career. As COO of PCO Innovation Inc., he was instrumental in the significant growth of the company over three years. As President and COO of Voxco, he led a major transformation that increased sales by over 30% in less than 18 months, and as CEO and Chairman at BCE Elix his initiatives more than tripled revenues in less than three years. Prior to that, André was a leader at Memotec, CAE, and Spectra Telecom, achieving solid international growth. In recognition of his accomplishments, André has received many awards, including the ARISTA Award and Canada’s Top 40 Under 40™. André holds a degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and mentors young entrepreneurs at the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal.
André is Managing Partner at Tandem Expansion, a Canadian growth equity fund and has over 25 years of business and management experience. André served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Telesystem International Wireless Inc., (NASDAQ: TIWI) until it was sold to Vodafone in 2005. Prior to his 12 years at TIW, he was Director, Administration and Finance at L’Oréal Canada and Senior Manager at Ernst & Whinney. André is a director of Solace Systems, Acquisio, CiRBA and Coveo Solutions and a former director of wireless carriers MobiFon (Romania), Oskar Mobil (Czech Republic) and Enlaces RadioFonicos (Mexico). André holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montreal and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec since 1984.
André is active in several high-tech companies, and serves as a corporate director and a hands-on consultant to many talented entrepreneurs and executives. Since 1996, André has guided several traditional software and SAAS companies, achieving outstanding results for shareholders. He is an active investor in private equity fund Fier-Succès, aiding companies in the portfolio. From 2007–09, André was Chairman and CEO of Fortsum Business Solutions Inc., a publically traded company whose value doubled during that period. From 1985–96, he was the CEO of IST, one of the largest computer service companies in Québec, and also founded MediSolution (healthcare) and Elix (contact center technologies). At the start of his career, André worked in manufacturing and with Xerox Canada, spending 11 years in sales and senior management. He graduated with a BA in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke.
