Harris Corporation selects Proligent™ as its new test software platform for the company’s TRuepoint® digital microwave radios

Montreal, January 22, 2007 – Harris Corporation, an international communications and information technology company, has selected Proligent™ as its new test software to automate tests for its family of TRuepoint® digital microwave radios. Proligent™, the flagship product of Averna Technologies, a Montreal-based corporation providing the next generation of test solutions for high tech manufacturers, will directly support with confidence test requirements and remote production for Harris. 

With the continual growth of Harris Corporation’s worldwide demand for TRuepoint® digital microwave radios, Harris required an off-the-shelf platform that would accelerate test development time, speed up deployment, and improve the efficiency of the entire test infrastructure. Proligent™ brings added value to Harris’ product-introduction activities and allows Harris to reduce time to quality through its easy to use, configurable and high performance platform.
