Averna receives certification as AgilentTechnologies

Montreal, November 22, 2006 – Averna Technologies is pleased to announce that it has received certification as an Agilent Technologies Channel Partner. Averna and Agilent have signed a System Integrator Agreement, rendering Averna an authorized system integrator of Agilent products and services.

Agilent’s selection process of Channel Partners is a very stringent one and includes various requirements; ensuring partnerships are established with recognized system integrators only. Averna has proudly met the quality standards set forth by Agilent and was chosen as a leading integrator of its products.

This agreement enables Averna to increase its expertise on Agilent products and successfully deploy and install its systems with the quality equipment it requires. Additionally, the Averna and Agilent sales forces will work together to address the electronic measurement and control needs of their customers.  The companies will collaborate on joint marketing and sales programs.

The types of products falling under the agreement include general purpose instruments, test system components, data acquisition products, optical network test and wireless test products as well as the growing number of LXI-compliant products available from Agilent today.
