Averna expands its presence in Toronto by acquiring E-JAZ Test & Measurement Inc.

Montreal, January 31st, 2006 – Leading Canadian system integrator Averna acquires a Toronto based Test & Measurement company sporting an annual revenue of $500,000. This acquisition enables Averna to better service its broad client base in the area along with new high profile clients such as Xerox, Tyco Electronics, FAG Automotive, Woodbridge Foam, Satellite Magna Companies, Trudell Medical International and Dura Automotive.

Being without contest a main hub and by far the largest HI-Tech manufacturing market when it comes to Canadian business, we found it crucial to expand our physical presence in this region to more effectively reach our clients. We aim to better respond to the increasing demand for Averna’s products, solutions and services, resulting in a substantial gain in market share within the next year,” says Pascal Pilon – President of Averna. 

Ted White, original owner & founder of E-JAZ in 2000, now becomes the Director of Engineering for this newly established Averna office.
