A 4th nomination for Averna in 2005

Montreal, June 1, 2005 – Founded in 1997, the Quebec Aerospace Association (AQA) has given itself the mission to act on situations which impact the Quebec's aerospace industry's competitiveness in Canada and internationally. It pursues this mission by continuously investing time and energy into this industry with the objective of developing relationships between SME's in Quebec and increasing their commercial representation amongst government institutions, large manufacturers and first tier subcontractors. Averna has been a part of the long list of prestigious members belonging to this association, including big industry names and partners such as Bell Helicopter Textron, Bombardier Inc., Rolls-Royce (Canada) Lmtd, CAE inc., Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney Canada, the Business Development Bank of Canada and many more.

Each year, the AQA awards a Company of the Year prize to one of its members and this year; Averna holds the honour of finding itself among the three finalists in the running for this title. Not only does this nomination support Averna's triumphs since it entered the marketplace but it also demonstrates its active implication within this industry, its solid structure and the level of success it knows today.
